A trial for melting 4KG steel with our HX-35KW high frequency machine, the inner Dia. of the crucible is about 180mm, the weight of the 2 PCS of steel is about 4.1KG .
It took about 23 minutes to finish this trial, at the end, the graphite crucible was broken and the liquid state of steel flushed out from the crucible.
